TITLE : LATAM REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

Concentrix , an award-winning global business services company that provides better business outcomes for the world’s most well-known brands, is looking for a passionate and deeply experienced LATAM Regional Marketing Manager to build better brand awareness, improve our public relations efforts, direct advertising, capture the stories of our staff, manage events and leverage marketing activities to support our organization and attract the best talent!

The Regional Marketing Head will also own internal communications and staff branding and must be proactive in finding the best local stories that will have the most impact when communicated across Concentrix.

Accordingly, the person who fills this role must have a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and be comfortable working in a global environment.

This is an important position with many moving parts! As such, we need an established expert in brand, digital and media strategy with strong execution, as well as someone with the ability to confidently sell his or her abilities and ideas to many different audiences.

  • What you’ll be doing :

    Financials

  • Work closely with Delivery, Account Management and Sales to support them to market and build a better local perception of Concentrix
  • Help achieve revenue, GM, EBITDA and OI financial targets
  • Improve candidate throughput from direct hiring channels by building a strong brand pull and reducing our cost per hire
  • Improve retention by working closely with HR to strengthen staff engagement and promote programs that build talent, reinforce a strong corporate culture and turn staff members into raving fans of our brand
  • Ensure the local execution of global marketing priorities
  • Assist with global marketing responsibilities including budget reporting of PR and advertising spend in your region
  • Assist with global marketing reports
  • Staff Branding

  • Support our business to achieve yearly retention targets
  • Produce compelling content for use in all forms of marketing that showcases Concentrix’ strengths and value to staff and prospective new hires
  • Develop and execute a structured internal communications program in your region that helps staff understand the big picture and how they fit in it
  • Develop internal and external marketing campaigns about non-traditional staff benefits such as a great working environment, career development, personal growth and more
  • Ensure effective communications that establish our organization as a good corporate citizen that connects staff to a sense of purpose
  • Support Recruitment to generate more and better staff referrals
  • Recruitment Marketing

  • Support our business to achieve hiring targets in your region
  • Drive greater candidate throughput from direct hiring channels
  • Develop and execute digital, social, email and event marketing
  • Advertise strategies to generate a targeted prospect pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting and optimization
  • Drive deep engagement with job seekers across all social platforms
  • Lead the development and execution of our digital strategy to ensure an optimal job seeker experience within the context of the overall multi-channel environment
  • Drive and support recruitment messaging and content strategy
  • Lead the development of marketing assets and social media marketing
  • Customer Branding

  • Support Delivery in achieving its target of customer VOC score of >
  • Ensure Delivery leaders have access to marketing materials that specifically address our competitive advantage
  • Work with Delivery to create marketing artifacts that communicate our value to clients
  • Constantly execute content strategy to positively influence our clients’ perception of Concentrix
  • Internal Communications and CSR

  • Assist HR to promote staff engagement activities, advertising and the development of employer branding, ensuring advertising creative and placement reinforces Concentrix’ brand image
  • Create internal communications in support of global marketing efforts
  • Provide communications strategy and support to management for local CSR initiatives
  • Your skills, attributes and qualifications :

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public relations, advertising, marketing and internal communications
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategy for a global organization
  • Experience writing, presenting and driving business cases though a senior team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing compelling stories and press releases
  • Demonstrated public relations experience, including successfully pitching stories to the media
  • Experience creating internal and external video content for use in marketing and communications
  • Experience managing a variety of third-party agencies, including agency pitch, selection and appointment
  • Proven track record of leading marketing programs / campaigns from initial brief to implementation and review
  • Experience in all elements of marketing including media, direct mail and digital
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Stellar writing skills, including the ability to write persuasive and compelling content for many different audiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency with storyboarding, case studies and white papers
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to complete projects on time and under deadline
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • The ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and constituents across the globe
  • Natural leadership skills as well as the ability to lead cross-functional, non-hierarchical teams
  • Proactive and energetic self-starter
