Subsidiary BG Lead Intern

As a Subsidiary BG lead intern, you will have the opportunity to help us monitor end-to-end accountability for Microsoft Cloud business in the local market including planning, execution and governance.

This includes the opportunity to learn on the job how to oversee a business including revenue, scorecard, share dashboard accountabilities and goals, as well opportunity to connect and participate within the subsidiary in Extended Leadership meetings.


  • Governance processes, provide data and insights to support and
  • Drive effective business prioritization and decision-making to achieve the Microsoft Cloud’s business goals.
  • connect with the Latin America regional Product Marketing Leads and understand the Microsoft Go To Market, processes, tools and platforms that help build relevant customer offers and co-marketing partnerships at the same time integrate into the commercial and consumer sales motions.
  • Collaborate, contribute, and improve regional executions by connecting with local needs and opportunities thru feedback loops and learnings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products, go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape, local business opportunity.
  • Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Less than 4 years of professional experience
  • English intermediate
