Responsibilities

  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best options for the company.
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources (Not mandatory).
  • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Extensive knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric evaluations.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Experience recruiting IT profiles (Not mandatory).
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR & Recruitment applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb English & Spanish Communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

    Contract conditions

  • Indefinite-term employment contract
  • Workday from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Monthly salary according to salary scale (less than RD$ 100,000)
  • Other benefits : Complementary Health Insurance
  • Place of work : Remote (since the start of the COVID-19 emergency, all collaborators from our main offices located in Ensanche Naco, Santo Domingo, have switched to remote work mode).
