Technical Support Specialist : The primary role in this position will be to provide computer support, troubleshooting, and problem solving.

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support and trouble-shooting to customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-

by-step solutions. Support will be provided on the phone and via email by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-

friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required. Duties and Responsibilities : Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent English; verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document procedures and processes for non-technical users.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills also required.
  • Understanding of information needed to support business processes and decisions.
