Successfully complete the training, tests and other training assigned during the test period.
Provide assistance in the delivery of assets and allocation of benefits to our collaborators.
Support in the coordination of meetings, interviews, among others.
Support in the preparation of files, contracting and control of physical and digital files.
Term or recent graduate in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
Previous work experience will be highly valued, especially in Human Management, Customer Service or Administrative areas.
Basic knowledge of labor laws in the Dominican Republic.
Excellent writing in Spanish language
English level : advanced
Preferable to have completed diplomas or extracurricular training in the area of Human Management.
Other requirements :
Computer (desktop or laptop), with webcam and adequate data processing capacity.

Contract as an intern for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position at the end of the period.
Workday : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (flexibility of hours to be defined according to university commitments).
Fully paid internship. Salary equal to or less than RD $ 20,000 (to be defined according to the number of weekly hours contracted and level of prior knowledge in the area).
Place of work : Remote (since the start of the COVID-19 emergency, all collaborators at our main offices located in Ensanche Naco, Santo Domingo, have switched to remote work mode).
